We would be happy to conduct multiple or subsequent interviews to help bring more of your story to the page. Get in touch to discuss the details. Please Note: The first step in our process begins with a Complimentary Consultation. The day and time you book at checkout will be an introductory call, with your first interview to be scheduled thereafter.
Cancellation Policy
As a business that sells one-of-a-kind customized and personalized products, we have a no-refund / no-return policy, and all sales are final. Please note that once you have made a deposit and conducted your Complimentary Consultation, we cannot issue a refund or cancel your project.
